Tonights card is on a more nautical theme! Infact you might find some similarities to THIS earlier card.

The scalloped frame is from BW scrapbooking. Its perfect as you can resize all of the elements!
Have a close up look of the scalloped frame which I varnished and the glamour dust on the shimmery water :)
I hope you all like it! I have no idea who I am sending it to yet I just saw the cute image and had to use it :D
