Another card, where it just didn't work in the end! Booo!
This one is using the sketch from CPS and the colour scheme at Daring Cardmakers!
I spent AGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES paper piecing this bad boy, and it just didn't work, I think there were too many details to cut out for it to work so there are a few gaps :(
Anyway.... here it is!
Hope you are all well, will be visiting your blogs soon!

Robot Love
Evening all.... well it's nearly morning here!
Hope you have all had a good day! Mine's been manic and I am still trying to shift this damn ear infection.... anyway......
I've got a manly card to show to you tonight!
I started by using the Sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches this week! Take a look:
Very unusual sketch so I knew I had to work with it! Great sketch Melissa! I love using these so incredibly helpful when you are stuck for inspiration :)
I have also combined it with a challenge going on at Tiddly Inks this week! A fantastic challenge too... Really challenging... Its called Refresh Me... and the aim is to have an all white card... you can colour the image but the card must be kept white.... tricky one ya-ha!
So here is my combined creation :)

It does have the tniest hint of black to it... the picture makes it look more prominent... but its not in the flesh.... I edged each of the elements with black chalk just to make them stand out a little... otherwise they just got lost in eachother....
The background is actually vellum with grey dots.... I do hope this is okay for the challenge!
The middle panels are actually embossed. I used a zig zag pattern I thought it made it look slightly metallic.... What do you think?
The image I chose was Roboto by Tiddly Inks. Such an adorable image... This particular version was pre-coloured and I printed it twice and buit up a couple of layers to give it some dimension!
I absolutely love, love, love this image!!

Oh so cute!
So thats it from me tonight. Just left to share....
the card ingredients
Stamp: Roboto by Tiddly Inks
Inks and things: Black chalk on the edges
Papers: Just white card and some plain vellum
Odds and Sods: Card Candy is used to add some embellishments!
That is it.... a simple list!
Let me know what you think. I love getting your comments :)
